Our mission is helping people understand themselves and others, leading to better relationships with co-workers, clients and customers.  Better relationships reduce stress and improve bottom-line results.

Our passion is working with small teams of people united for a common purpose to help them be more effective in their communication with one another and with the people they want to impact.

We typically work with small businesses, not-for-profits, and schools.  We often work with organizations that have had recent changes – whether that is a merger, growth, reorganization, or down-sizing.   We especially enjoy working with organizations that have a product or service that requires technical knowledge as well as people skills.

Our consultants have experience as employees, business owners, parents, and volunteers in leadership position in not-for-profit organizations.  We have all been certified as Human Behavior Consultants by Personality Insights, Atlanta, Georgia.  We have applied the principles of Human Behavior to a variety of management and leadership endeavors.  We have seen how an understanding of these principles is critical to the success of individuals and organizations.

We begin with a complimentary consultation to understand your organization and its unique challenges.  If appropriate, we will recommend a combination of assessments, workshops, and consultation to help you and your team.  Our offerings can be tailored to meet your timeframes and budget.
